Reissue Request for Proposals (RFP): Six Mile Creek at Banks Rd. Maintenance Project
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Caroline (‘Owner’) requests a proposal from your firm for construction services for reconstruction of stream stabilization structures in Six Mile Creek east of Banks Road (as per Plan Set 1393.004.003). The project will remove failed cross vane rock and reconstruct as a J-hook rock structure. Rock toe protection will be installed along 180’ of the stream. Eight hundred seventeen (817) feet of streambed and bank will be regraded; stream banks will be regraded to a 3:1 slope.

See Bid Form (attached) for itemization of project components and costs. Pre-Proposal Site Visit Before submitting the proposal, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to visit the site and become familiar with and be satisfied as to the general, local, and site conditions that may affect cost, progress, and performance of the services.
