Review Board

Purpose

To administer the review process for actions or projects subject to the Town's Zoning, Site Plan, and/or Subdivision Review Laws. This includes any review and approval of projects subject to a Special Use Permit and/or Site Plan Review, as well as any subdivision of land.

Composition

The Review Board consists of five regular members appointed by the Town Board to staggered five-year terms. The Town Board may also appoint an Alternate Member to substitute for a Regular Member who cannot attend or who has a conflict of interest. 

Responsibilites

Review Board members are expected to attend four hours of authorized training each year and to attend all meetings of the Review Board.​

Persons wishing to engage the Review Board in preliminary review should provide materials to the Town Clerk along with an application, 30 days prior to the meeting.

Supplemental materials are due 2 weeks before the next meeting, and board comments and questions will be received by the applicant at least 1 week before the meeting.

The Chairperson shall call additional meetings as necessary.
